Thank you for choosing International Institute of Surgical & Aesthetic Medicine (IISAMED), is a part of Cosmo Meducation Private Limited.
We value transparency and want our learners to clearly understand how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for our programs.
1. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
The registration / booking fee paid to reserve a seat in any course is:
✔ Non-refundable
✔ Non-transferable
✔ Not adjustable against future courses
This amount covers administrative costs, learning access, scheduling, and logistics.
Once registration is completed — no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including change of plans, personal reasons, or non-attendance.
2. Course Fee (Balance Payment)
The remaining course fee (where applicable) is payable as per the schedule shared by our team.
If a student does not attend the course or withdraws mid-way,
no refund or partial refund will be issued.
3. Hands-On / Practical Training Programs
Seats for hands-on training are limited and require advance booking of:
Venue / hotel
Trainers / faculty time
Equipment & consumables
Patient / model coordination (where applicable)
Because these costs are committed in advance:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the batch start date are not eligible for any refund or adjustment.
4. Class Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be considered only once, and only if:
A written request is submitted minimum 10 days in advance, and
A suitable upcoming batch is available.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains subject to management approval.
5. Online Classes & Digital Content
Fees paid for:
Online classes
Webinars
are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Course Cancellation by the Institute
In the unlikely event that we cancel a batch, students will receive either:
A full refund, OR
The option to shift to another available batch
(whichever the student prefers).
7. Chargebacks & Bank Disputes
Students are requested to contact us first for clarification.
If a dispute / chargeback is raised through the bank despite our stated policy,
we will submit all supporting documents including terms accepted at registration.
